Deanston is a Highland single malt with a warm, unpretentious character — and that spirit shaped the visual approach throughout. Produced in collaboration with creative agency Bright Signals, this one-day lifestyle shoot took place in a Glasgow bar to mark the brand's product launch, with imagery produced alongside video production company Wandern Hose for use across website and social media.
The brief called for warm, relaxed and social imagery — professional models in natural, convivial settings that felt like real occasions rather than constructed scenes. Shooting stills alongside a video production crew requires a particular kind of awareness on set; coordinating around each other's needs while keeping both outputs feeling cohesive and on-brand. The result was a unified campaign that worked seamlessly across both formats.
