The Studio

Spacious photography studio with equipment like softbox lights, tripods, a computer, shelves with fabric and photography supplies, and a table with chairs, illuminated by natural light from skylights.

My studio is based in Glasgow's East End - a bright, spacious industrial space built for serious commercial food and drink photography. It's where the majority of my client work is produced, and it's designed to make every shoot day efficient and enjoyable from the moment you arrive.

The studio has a fully functional kitchen for on-site food preparation, a comprehensive professional lighting setup, and an extensive prop collection built up over years of commercial work, ceramics, glassware, cutlery, linens, surfaces and backdrops across a wide range of textures, tones and styles. There's a dedicated client area with a large table, fast wifi, and plenty of coffee and snacks to keep the day moving.

Everything you need for a full production day is already here. Clients regularly travel from across the UK to shoot in the space, and the work it produces speaks for itself.

The Props

The prop collection is one of the most useful things about shooting here. Built specifically for food and drink photography, it covers everything from everyday tableware to more considered, editorial pieces, and it's constantly evolving.
